Shipping destinations and cost
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery. Review the delivery address and order total before placing an order.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
- Handling: 0–1 business day, Monday–Saturday.
- Transit: 2–3 business days, Monday–Saturday.
- Order cutoff: 10:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles).
Orders received after the cutoff begin processing on the next handling day. Sundays and public holidays are not counted in these estimates. Handling and transit together give the estimated delivery window. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order and delivery information
Please provide a complete delivery address and a working email address. If you notice an address error, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Tracking information, when available, will be provided with the shipping update.
Equipment and larger orders
Check the dimensions, weight, power requirements and delivery access for the equipment you select. Contact us before ordering if you need to clarify access, unloading or installation arrangements. Do not assume installation or specialist handling is included unless the product listing expressly says so.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
Carrier disruption, weather and holidays can affect delivery. If an order has not arrived within its estimated window, contact us with the order number. For damage or a wrong item, retain the packaging and send photographs so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next step. This does not reduce your rights under our returns policy.
