1. Print Your Design: Load the film into your DTF printer and print your design using white DTF ink.
2. Apply Powder: Once the design is printed, evenly apply the DTF powder. Shake off any excess powder.
3. Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the powder and ink.
4. Heat Pressing: Place the film onto your garment and heat press at 300-320°F (149-160°C) for 8-12 seconds.
5. Peel: After heat pressing, wait for 8-10 second and peel the film afterwards.
6. Storage: Store unused film rolls in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the rolls sealed in their original packaging or protective film to avoid dust and dirt.
7. Handling Care: Don’t expose the film to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct heat, as this could affect the film’s performance.
8. Avoid Physical Damage: Be careful not to bend, crease, or tear the film. Store rolls horizontally to avoid pressure or deformation that could affect printing quality.
