Instructions
- To protect your investment and ensure the longevity of your Epson I3200-A1 Water-based DTF Printhead, proper maintenance is non-negotiable:
- Daily Wet Caps: Never let the head sit dry. Use high-quality capping stations to keep the nozzle plate moist.
- Use Filtered Ink: Always use premium DTF inks. Low-quality pigments contain large particles that can permanently block the micro-nozzles.
- Temperature Control: Keep your workspace between 20°C and 28°C. Extreme heat can change ink viscosity and cause the head to misfire.
- Regular Cleaning: Perform automated head cleanings at the end of every shift to prevent ink from curing on the surface.
