Features
Press Roller is available from YOUVSKEY. Review its features, technical details and handling guidance below to check suitability for your application.
- The most common cause of wasted material in roll-to-roll printing is media slippage.
- Over time, rollers can accumulate dust or ink residue, which reduces their effectiveness.
- UV inks and cleaning solutions can be harsh on standard rubber components.
- A faulty or dirty Press Roller can cause the film to buckle or "tunnel." When the film rises off the platen, it can strike the bottom of the expensive printhead.
- Additionally, our rollers are designed to leave no marks or indentations on the film.
- In high-speed modes, the demands on the feeding system increase significantly.
- The Press Roller is a silent hero in the UV DTF printing process.
